Additional rules

1. 1. No smoking inside (and in staircase).
   2. Apartment is in historical building and you should act appropriately – don’t make parties and don’t be loud. After 23:00 you need to be quiet. Usually neighbors call the Police, if you are loud after 23:00.
   3. At night can stay only these people who were specified in inquiry. For example, if you booked for two persons, then third person needs to go home before 23:00. If you need to add more people, it can be arranged for extra cost.
   4. Water, Internet, garbage recycling and 150kWh/week of electricity is included in the price.

Any violation of house rules will lead to loss of security deposit.
